I can haz moar money?

Right now Im thinking about trying to earn enough money to support my family.  I work 50+ hours a week.  If I lived in almost any other part of the world I would be rich making my current salary, but here in the Bay Area I am living check to check.  Maybe I should move the family to the midwest and buy one of these 6 bedroom houses on huge lots, I bet the mortgage would be less than our current rent.  Tired of waiting and hoping that something develops that will enable me to finally get ahead on bills and debts.   And never having that miracle source of money arrive.  My wife and I have done pretty well for ourselves considering.  We live in a nice house, our kid never wants for anything, we have stuff to entertain us, I should feel lucky for those things.  But Im still out of cash at the end of each pay period.
