Shitty Coworkers

I am getting so frustrated with my job.  My teammates and coworkers are pretty much the biggest slackers imaginable.  How are they allowed to continue working, let alone receive promotions and raises.  These guys literally do ZERO work all day.  They sit and watch youtube videos, look at funny pictures, chat with their girlfriends, play non-work-related games.

One guy in particular barely even speaks all day, to anybody.  He  sits in his chair and contributes nothing except the occasional joke in chat.  From time to time he'll copy paste some info in an email response.  it's usually very obvious that he has no idea what he's actually talking about. yet he received a raise and promotion this quarter, just for showing up.

then this other guy, is the MASTER of all ass kissers.  He spends his day hopping from desk to desk, yucking it up with people.  one of those type of guys who will break into random people's conversations on a regular basis, even when he has no idea what the topic is.  he is the hugest brown noser.  he will laugh at any slightly humorous comment that management makes, just laugh his ass off and clap his hands etc.  Its too much to believe.  but he does almost NO actual work.  and yet he too continues to be promoted and given raises.
